It was hard to control the temperature in the room. The restaurant food was so-so. The jet spa by the pool was off, despite I went to the front desk and requested them to turn it on, it never happened. Overall it is a good place to stay for the price.

Nice Alternative to other hotels in the area.

Hotel is very nice, and its located in the heart of the touristy part of Boca del Rio, walking distance from many restaurants and bars. Staff was cordial, but so many signs of prohibitions and "policies" can bum your stay.

I was really disappointed regarding the hotel's restaurant. I ordered an American coffee and a couple of quesadillas. My order arrived 40 minutes later with my coffee completely cold. I tried again at breakfast and again it took like 30 minutes just to get some fruit, toasted bread and a coffee, at least that time it was not cold. Hotel service in general good. Water from the bath at the beginning was kinda green... Weird.

too noisy on the roadside rooms

Very loud at all hrs on the street side especially starting at ten at night. Unfortunately the hotel staff is aware of this but will give you a quiet backside room for extra $$$. They advised that if you book with Expedia etc, it is between you and them, and they will not move you, to a quieter room.

Lots of restaurants and an OXXO within walking distance. About $200 pesos to the airport by taxi. Vending was convenient and reasonably priced. Pool area was clean and location next to ocean was cool to go swimming at night.

Well located with good service.

I stayed there for a weekend. The best of this hotel it's the location with access to the beach, in a very good neighbourhood, close to good nightlife, malls, and restaurants. Very convenient.
