I like that each room has its own parking underneath the room. I like that it feels like each room has a sense of privacy that is greater than other hotels. I like the feeling of seclusion at the hotel once inside. The staff is very friendly. It would be nice if they upgraded some of the toiletries and towels.

Time to remodel and update

Old hotel that needed remodeling in 1990. The staff were nice and good, but there's only so much one can overlook. I stayed in the main hotel building and the rooms and common area needs a good scrubbing. i can't speak for the outside rooms. Bugs, and just plain worn out everything out cause me to not go back. Dining room was fine, and staff and food there were good too. i wouldn't let my Mother stay here.

Good for a trip on a budget

If you are traveling with kids and do not have a lot ot spend, this hotel is perfect. Beware of the the 'free' buffet. It is only free for adults and the children's price may suit people with older kids who eat a lot, but not smaller ones. Order off the menu. Bring your own bathtub stopper if you plan to use the tub, they do not provide them. The pool is great with lots of shallow areas for the small people. The price was right for this no frills hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean.

Pleasant stay despite a few problems

We experienced a problem with the magnetic key and could not use it until the lock was fixed a few hours later. Also had a problem accessing the internet until I was told that the password given was abbreviated, something that should have been pointed out. Actually, it is not very logical to use an abbreviation on a password (the instructions indicated VD Veracruz instead of the actual password Villas Dali Veracruz). Otherwise, everything else was fine and everyone was very helpful.

Llegamos a la habitación #124 y el aire acondicionado no servia,la llave del lado derecho del lavabo no servia,nos cambiaron de habitacion #154 y la puerta que da al baño no se podia abrir y mandaron al personal para poder abrir la puerta en todo esos eventos nos dieron casi 12 am,a la mañana siguiente pedimos una tolla y un jabon y nos dicen que no hay personal para llevarlo,el jabon se pidio por que solo pusieron uno Por último voy a recepcion a entregar la llave diciendole a la que me atendio que en 15 min ya dejabamos la habitacion,eran 11:45 am,cual fue mi sorpresa que regresando a la habitación ya estaba la camarera adentro de la habitación,mi esposa me preguntó que si yo le habia dado el permiso de entrar ,se le pregunto que por que no se esperaba a que salieramos y nos contesto que tenia que revisar la habitacion y contar las toallas Muy mala experiencia Ya habiamos estado en este hotel y no habiamos pasado por esto

La verdad Villas Dalí es un hotel antiguo, pero que requiere mantenimiento. Las habitaciones ya les hace falta una remodelación para que vea el costo beneficio.
