The staff super friendly and helpful since you arrive the valet super helpful on the reception I arrived early and I told them that I can wait if they don't have the room but the gave me the room immediately, the staff at the bar Fanny I think her name very friendly as well and on the buffet on top of your needs overall an excellent stay, close to the beach and the shopping centers so good stay I was there for business all good for families the hotel has a pool

El 14 de abril hicimos una reservación de una habitación con cama king y vista al mar para pasar 5 noches del 26 al 31 de mayo. Llegamos el 26 de mayo y nos atiende una joven que evidentemente era nueva y no conocía el sistema la apoya su compañera y nos dice que el tipo de habitación que habíamos reservado mes y medio antes no tenía disponibilidad luego de comunicarse con otra persona por teléfono nos dice que nos iban a asignar una suite junior que contaba con tina, sofá cama, frigobar en reconocimiento a que era su responsabilidad por no tener nuestra habitación disponible, entiendo perfectamente que es una habitación más grande y más costosa, pero nada de lo que me ofrecía esta habitación íbamos a usar y el ruido de la misma por dar hacia la calle para pasar 5 noches era insoportable. Rechazamos la suite y nos dicen que solo nos pueden asignar una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales, que también es más costosa pero no era lo que queríamos, pero aún así no tuvimos mas remedio que tomarla Pasamos los cinco días y el domingo ya para salir llamamos a recepción para que nos enviaran a un bell boy, para que nos ayudara con el equipaje, a los quince minutos vuelvo a llamar y me dicen que ya se había desocupado y que ya iba a la habitación, diez minutos después cargamos con nuestro equipaje y bajamos. Esperando el carro llega uno de los botones y me pregunta si éramos de la habitación 420 y le digo que sí y me dice que le acababan de decir que fuera a la habitación. Terrible.
