Gondola Luxury Apartment, elegant apartment a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco in Venice.

Affascianante apartment on two levels located on the second floor of a prestigious condominium. The property boasts a magnificent furnished terrace with canal view, shared and for non-exclusive use of guests. On the first level is the living area with sitting area, living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. On the upper level is the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with twin beds and a second bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.

Additional amenities for our guests include free wifi, a washing machine, iron, air conditioning, and heating.

Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. Great Location and Space.

The directions to the property seemed a little daunting at first but if you follow the provided directions it was easy to find. The apartment was centrally located and secure. There was plenty of space for two people. It was also clean and well kept. Overall we would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Comfortable and great location

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and a great location for the price. Sofa sleeper was easy to use and slept well. The stairs were loud so we could not quietly use the bathroom in the middle of the night. On our last day, the shower leaked and ran through the ceiling onto the living to floor.

Perfect location

Close to the square and great little eating spots all around. Try the opera at Musica a Palazzo. We used a water taxi back and forth from the airport, which we preorder, and was a nice touch. Get up and go to see St Marcs and you do not have to pay $100 for the tour. Thank you for the nice stay.

This little place is very sweet, loved the square that it was close to, plenty of food choices and cute shops. One note - The apartment itself is dark inside so owner could possibly provide more lighting . Otherwise great place!

Live like a Venetian

This property was perfect for two adult couples. The location is spectacular, just minutes walk to San Marco, water taxi, shopping, etc. but is on a side street, which is quiet and provides for a reprieve from bustling Venice. Several exceptional restaurants are less than 50 to 100 meters outside the front door. The apartment is well appointed with kitchen essentials and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fabulous Location & Property

Husband & I spent 3 nights here. Location and property both great and unit well equipped. The shared terrace is an added bonus. We took a glass of wine and went and sat out there all three nights. Loved it. The only 2 mentions would be: 1) main bedroom bed was SUPER comfortable but the bed frame (footboard) is simply too large for the room. We both bumped our knees almost every single time we tried to navigate the room. It’s a beautiful bed but just needs to be either reconfigured in the room or swapped out for something smaller. 2) One of the main reasons we booked this property is because it was 1st floor. We’ve been to Italy several times and if a property doesn’t have a lift it’s gruelling hiking up & down stairs either with luggage or after a day walking around sightseeing. I expected maybe 10 stairs to get to the “first floor” but it was 33 steps from when you entered the building to the unit. (There was less steps getting to the shared terrace). Lovely property overall and would definitely recommend

Appartment well located but needs some attention

Positives: The appartment is centrally located and peaceful. The self-check-in was easy enough and the management agency is responsive, nice, and helpful. There is also a common patio overlooking one of the side lagoons where you can lounge with a glass of wine and some appetizers overlooking the gondolas- That was AMAZING! Things that could be improved: Appartment needs a little care: the guest shower's door was not working right, the main shower had some black deposit, the couch was looking tired, the brass plate on the front door was falling off... ALSO There was very little dish product, no paper towels or dish towels but there was a dishwasher... No decent knives. When we rent condos, we want to be able to cook and not have to go out to eat for every single meal. To note: There are a few sets of stairs to get to it but most of the places in Europe do. Overall decent experience and if those few things were to be changed/fixed, it would be a fantastic place!

Excellent stay

Very spacious for our family of 5. Modern kitchen. Had clothes washing machine which was so helpful in the middle of our trip since it was very hot in Italy when we visited. Great location near San Marco square, shopping and good restaurants. Communication with rental company was excellent - we had a question on a Sunday morning and she was very responsive. They were also helpful in arranging for our early morning water taxi to the train station.

Overall a lovely stay. Nice neighborhood location close to action and restaurants. Couple of things could be improved - let guests know about stairs (one flight but challenging with luggage), shared terrace was a lovely spot but 2 of the chairs were broken and unusable, bed frames are too big for space - we all left with bruises on our shins, and public space in apartment building was not clean.

Apartment in Venice

The apartment was fine. It was spacious, but the lighting especially in the main room was not very good, very dark even with trying to open all the drapery (not sure how they got the pictures that they have posted). Rest of the apartment had reasonable lighting. Nice to have the washer and the Nespresso machine. Would have been nice to have some basic condiments (olive oil, pepper, sugar, etc). The Coop stores were reasonably close and had a good selection of food stuffs. Location was great. Very close to the many attractions. Make sure when you go from the Venice terminal or garages etc, that you go to the San Lorenzo terminal (whether by vapporetto or water taxi), that way you can get to the apartment without having to take your luggage over bridges. It is so much easier!! We like to work out, and we found a nice gym which was the Power Gym. Very nice, not terribly expensive, with good equipment. The garbage issue is somewhat complicated. Set in terms of when the pick ups occur. We were lucky that the plastic/glass pickup was the day that we were leaving (lots of wine and water bottles!). But for the other garbage we ended up putting it all in a bag and taking it back to the mainland. As we were walking to the garage (we had a car and ended up leaving it at the San Marco garage - may be good idea to have made a reservation) there were garbage collection bins that we could leave the garbage. All in all we enjoyed the apartment, and Venice.

All the Amenities

Two couples shared this apt for two nights, and despite the two twins in one room, it was fabulous. The living space is large, the washing machine is key two weeks into our travels, and the location is perfect to all attractions and taxis. We loved the outdoor terrace and used it nightly as it is a main canal for the gondolas and entertainment was provided (see video). The restaurant on the corner (Antica Osteria Ai Tre Leoni) is incredible food and service. We loved this spot!

Great location
