* Check-in time is at 4PM – 12AM and check-out time is before 11AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
* We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise levels down from 10PM to 8AM.
* To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
* No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain the peaceful environment around.

AC: We have two portable air conditioners in the master bedroom and in the living room. There are fans in other bedrooms. Our condo is north-facing, so it doesn’t get direct sunlight, which helps keep the interior cooler throughout the day. We have hosted guests during the summer without any issues regarding the temperature.

Getting Here from Vancouver Airport
For the easiest and most convenient option, we recommend taking a taxi from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) directly to the condo. The taxi fare is approximately $45, and the trip typically takes 25–40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Alternatively, Uber and Lyft are available at the airport. Fares vary depending on demand.

Our condo is located right next to Stadium–Chinatown Station, making public transit another convenient option. If you are traveling with 4 or more people, however, the total transit cost may be close to the cost of a taxi, so a taxi may be the better option.
