The location of the hotel is amazing. It offers a harbor view where you can see the seaplanes departing. The staff are very helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable not too hard or soft. The restaurant had some nice selections and the bartender made some fantastic drinks. It was a good location for a first time visitor as the harbor is right there which makes walking around a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and atmosphere!

The location was wonderful! Besides being in walking distance of the cruise port, it was in walking distance of stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our short stay; we would have liked to stay longer to explore Vancouver!

Good experience for sure. Upgraded room on top floor was a dream. Japanese toilet a gas! Only réserve was the quality of the breakfast scrambled eggs which were overcooked and the dilutéd taste of the fruit juices grapefruit and cranberry. Really unacceptable.

The beds at Coast Coal Harbour by APA were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was both friendly and helpful. One feature I especially appreciated was the ongoing communication via text messages. Even before my arrival, the hotel reached out to confirm details and kept me updated.
