We had a really good stay. The hotel is really well-located: it was ideal for us since close to family, but it's a close walk to shopping on Robson St, to plenty of transit options, to the water, to Stanley Park, etc. It's also handily across the road from Urban Fare, a supermarket with a cafe, and plenty of restaurants are in the neighboring blocks. The room was sizable and comfy. We got a corner room with a nice city view and plenty of light. A highlight of the room was a Japanese style toilet, with heated seat, bidet, etc. Other amenities were excellent. And since we were there over Christmas, we got a little giftbag with candy, oranges, and gingerbread cookies: a nice touch. Staff were universally nice and helpful. We were pretty simple guests: we'd wake up, leave, come home, sleep. So we didn't need much, but anything we did want was there. Highly recommended.

Room was simple, clean and spacious. Convenient location, walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Only critic: Need a full length mirror, only mirror is in the bathroom. Fridge was low on the floor- better on a stand for easy reach.

Hotel had signs posted of dining availability when no dining was available at the time. Major advertising over site by management. If dining is not available do not not post signs offering the service! Minor complaint, there were no extra blankets, or bed covering, the heating system was also very loud in the room. ( It's winter!) Otherwise the stay was okay, we give it a rating of 3 overall.
