Centara Udon
"This was my first time staying at this hotel. From check-in to being escorted to the room, all the staff were excellent and very attentive. However, the next day when housekeeping came, I encountered the rudest housekeeper I have ever met. I greeted her with a smile and said “sawadee,” but she didn’t respond at all. She looked at me in a condescending way, spoke to me in a very unpleasant tone, and didn’t smile. I felt really upset because I have never experienced such poor manners from a housekeeper before. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration."
