THIS HOTEL WAS VERY EASY TO ACCESS AND THE STAFF ARE GREAT AND VERY FRIENDLY. nice rooms with a small balcony, easy walking distance to the mall and local markets. only negitive is the room fridge is way too small, room for a bottle of milk and thats about it.only 1 room key meant that i had to follow the wife shopping and we both hate that :( . ideal hotel for a short stay, would recomend

Customer service at this hotel has been above and beyond what you would expect at this price point. All staff from the housemaids to the hotel manager Mr Preecha make you feel welcome and always willing to assist. Cleanliness is perfect and the morning breakfast very good. As for convenience it is a terrific location.. Just a 5 minute walk to both UD Town and the Central Plaza mall as well as close proximity to two 7-11’s And a smaller night market (name escapes me). Also the streets surrounding the hotel have businesses to suit all your needs should you need anything. 5 stars to the staff !!
