"아이와 함께 쾌적하게 잘 묵었습니다. 해당 숙소는 꽤 오래전부터 사용해 오고 있습니다. 다만 이제 세면대 아래 나무 수건 거치대등이 낡은채로 있는 부분은 아쉬웠습니다. 연박시에 물을 안 채워주셔서 시스템이 바뀌었나 했는데 실수로 안 채워주신 것 같습니다. 직원분들이 항상 친절하셨고 특히 체크인 지원 해 주신 고씨 성을 가지신 여성 직원 분이 잘 대응해주셔서 좋은 경험을 할 수 있었습니다 (제가 성함을 잊었네요)"

Shilla Stay Busan Haeundae
"Disappointing to have hotel advertise/ market rooftop pool as feature only to be told after booking that pool use is with separate charge for 2-hour blocks. Location near Haeundae Beach is great. Elevators are slow. Building and rooms are outdated and it is showing."
