Can’t wait to return

The hotel and service were amazing. Although the weather wasn’t the warmest the pool was heated, warmest pool I’ve been in. You did need a head cap to use the indoor pool, outdoor didn’t need but couldn’t wet hair. The room was amazing, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the cocktail hour as well. Didn’t get to use the sauna as they said it wasn’t part of our reservation, although on here it mentioned it. Not a big deal though, would recommend and the location was great.

The staff at the property was wonderful and very attentive. You can feel the service as soon as you step onto the property. The room cleanliness was excellent with great amenities present in the room as well as the hotel. The location is next to Haeundae Beach as well as the Mipo Station for the Sky Capsule/Beach Train. Would highly recommend to others as well as looking forward to staying here again if opportunity arises.
