Walkable location in Busan. The property likes to nickel and dime you even though you are already paying a premium for the location and view. How are you going to charge your guest to use a pool? The only amenity the hotel has. Additionally, Hannah at the front desk was not the most pleasant person to deal with.

Great hotel

Everybody was so nice and kind . We appreciate that . The elevator was so slow , insufficient for all guests , the air conditioning was not working properly. They should improve that .
