"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay in Kyoto was truly unforgettable, thanks to this wonderful hotel. The location was incredibly convenient — right next to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the little touches like the yukata robes, green tea set, and quiet ambiance — perfect after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast was a highlight: a well-balanced selection of Japanese and Western options, beautifully presented and delicious. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto — whether for leisure or business. It felt like a true home away from home."

"Gorgeous hotel near Kyoto Station. The Complimentary shuttle was so helpful. Also close to bus stops, and walkable. We loved the restaurant in the Lobby, went three times. Kid friendly. They loved the spaghetti. Also a vegetarian friendly option. A Lawson across the street for beauty and snacks. Staff was helpful and kind. Gorgeous Zen water space. Would definitely stay here again.
