I booked this property from 5/21/23-8/4/23 and paid in full. This was for an intern we were hosting at our company. It ended up that he didn't need to stay as his family lives here. I reached out to the contact to let him know that we were going to use it for another employee. He told me that he doesn't typically do that and besides a tree had fallen on the roof and there was a hole in it. We paid for the entire stay and were not able to use it at all. Unfortunately, he chose not to refund us for at least the time it was not useable. We have intern's every year and pay for their housing while they are here, I will not use him again and I do not recommend it either.

This wonderful place was totally peaceful, quiet and just what I needed during this season of my life. The community was very welcoming and pleasant to my present. This community is perfect for those who look for great walks and conversations with all that you meet. If I could encourage you to stay longer than allowed then do so...and watch how you are moved and happy you did so.

Cozy stay
We enjoyed the cottage. Our suggestion would be, instead of the huge Tv n the kitchen. Maybe have two smaller ones, maybe one in kitchen and one n the living room. The white chairs aren’t comfortable enough for a two hour movie. Sitting on the sofa would b better, especially as hot as the weather was. Otherwise, it was very clean, and welcoming we felt.

This was the perfect place to stay in Tulsa! Check-in was so seamless that I almost felt like I was arriving home at my own apartment. The location was perfect for walking to Utica Square and the apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable.

I was in town for a horse show and wanted a location near the Expo Center. Couldn’t have asked for better! Lovely property, beautiful neighborhood. The loft was charming and peaceful. Would definitely rent again!
