A little glitch, but overall a good stay

Room was clean and neat. Beds very comfortable. Quiet location. 3 half used drink items were left in the refrigerator when we checked in. TV was difficult to get to work, then at midnight, at the near end of a movie, we got an error message and were not able to access the tv channels and finish the show.

Don't stay in Room 127!!! Cat urine overload!!!

I want to state this from the beginning - the service with everyone we interacted with was great. They were friendly, and the hotel is overall a very nice, quiet place to be. We weren't in the room much at all because we were visiting family and were pretty much only there to sleep and shower. We did take a dip in the pool on Friday morning for an hour before we headed out for the day. My poor rating is because of the overwhelming cat urine smell in our room. When we first checked in, we thought it was just musty. We were only there about 30 minutes, and did not come back until close to midnight several hours later. Same on Friday - only there a short time, then came back late Friday night. When we checked out, I mentioned to the front desk that the room smelled awful, and that I felt like it was from cat urine. She made a face and said "I thought they took care of that". Upon arrival back at home, we had to deep clean all clothing (even unworn "clean" items) and we are taking the luggage to the dry cleaners to see if they can get the smell out. They should not be renting this room, especially since they are aware of the smell.
