The during check in was clueless. It was his first night there so very new and unknown what to do i asked him about the indoor pool and he said oh no dont have one. He checked me in i asked where my room is and he said on the 1st floor he didnt know which direction. I got to my room and room was ok nothing like pictures the bath tub had mat liner on bottom of tub that wasnt attached very good at all. Found few pieces of trash in bed under the blanket. I went exploring and found indoor pool so i went an asked the clerk becuase did not want to get in trouble he walked down there with us and seemee very shock that there was a pool there and said oh ye we have one snd you can use. The website advertised a sauna and a fitness center only to find no sauna any wherr and fitness center closed. The pool water was so cold couldnt be in for more than few minutes. The drain covers on bottom of pool was laying where ever in bottom of pool not on the actual drains.

Very peaceful

Pros: The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a variety of choices.
Location: We were visiting family.
We had a good night's sleep. The room was very soothing.

What a dump!

Pros: The lady's working the counter on Friday evening, very friendly, just to bad they have to work in such a filthy place.
Cons: Remodel!!!!!!!!!
Vomit on floor in stair way my daughter steeped in it. Mold on ceiling in bathroom, probably because exhaust fan didn't work. Had to push down on handle really hard to get the toilet to flush. And Continental breakfast was a joke.

What a great place

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, excellent staff, fresh baked cookies each evening
In our recent trip to visit family, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Thee staff was excellent and made sure our stay was as perfect as they could make it. We really felt as if we were at a friends home. The rooms, we very clean, well appointed and the beds, they were sooo comfortable. The cookies in the evening, just seemed to make the end of day. Breakfast, I was unaware Holiday Inn Express served a hot breakfast, but they do! When we were visiting, each morning was just different enough that it didn't seem like we were eatting the same old same old each day. Western Omeletes the first day, scrammbled eggs the next and even the meats changed. Ham, bacon and even sausage. We are very pleased with our stay and look forward to using Holiday Inn Expresses not only in Owasso, but everywhere as we move forward!

Excited about the changes!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
During our recent Fast Draw competiton, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Owasso. During our stay, we had the opportunity to meet the new General Manager. His interest in us as guests as well as his genuine hospitality was a pleasure to experience and I am certain will provide for a positive impact not only on the hotel, but community as a whole. We shared our experience with friends who were in town for the competition but were staying at other hotels in the area. We must say we were pleased with our decision as it appeared we had chosen the most hospitable staff in the city. Every hotel has rooms, but not every hotel provides down home hospitality Thank you again, and we look forward to returning and seeing the new rooms you were renovating during our stay. Thank you again, you made us feel like we were visiting a friends home!

Great little hotel.

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and location easy to find. Pool was under construction at the time of my visit. Free internet. Very pleased. Would definitely stay again.
