"Older property, built in the 1980s and only has two elevators for over 200 rooms and one was non functional. Indeed, I waited nearly 30 minutes for an elevator to tote my luggage to the first floor at checkout. A hotel which is in the indeterminate age range. Not new and not yet aged enough to have developed character. It just is. Parking is much worse than my previous stay. They have now contracted an independent company to manage and the QR code and shortcode website are complex and the discount code provided by the hotel staff was so difficult to use that I abandoned the attempt and paid full price for parking. A big step in the wrong direction. The only particular advantage, if you can call it that, is that the property is across the street from the CSU main campus."

"I am a Bridal Makeup Artist and stayed here last minute the night before a wedding due to a huge snow storm in May. I wanted to make sure I took my time traveling up from the south and missed any icy roads in the early morning drive. The hotel itself was extremely clean, quiet and a good price. There was more then enough parking and the area surrounding the hotel felt safe, which is especially important for me when I'm traveling alone for work. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"We stay here almost every time we visit our daughter. The staff is always friendly and helpful, although, I was sad that Lamar is no longer there. However, was happy to hear he is still with Hilton, just moved to an upper management position, which is well deserved. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is wonderful, the amenities are good. My only criticism would be the laundry amenities. One of the washers wouldn't dissolve the detergent pods, and one of the dryers took forever to dry. I think they've upgraded them since one of our first stays 4 years ago, but it would be nice if they could have more than 2 of each and if they were the ones that you can connect to an app so you know when your laundry is done. Overall, as I said, we stay here almost every time we visit and always enjoy our stay."

"I booked this based on the pictures online and reviews that it was ok for a one night stay. Far from it! The linens on the beds were dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door, and there are permanent residents. When asked if our car would be safe, the front desk said, “They know they should leave guest’s vehicles alone. I ended up asking for a refund and we went down a block to a nicer hotel. Night and day!"
