Central heating and air conditioning are a rare feature in beach homes.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crockpot, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
Basic cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and kitchen tools are provided.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
High-speed WiFi and cable/satellite TV.
Starter supplies are included: trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
Private washer and dryer.
Beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are included.

TOWELS & LINENS:
Bath and beach towels are provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
An iron and an ironing board are provided.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Access to the unit requires climbing 12 stairs.
Two tandem parking spaces are available.
A Pack ’n Play is available. Please bring your own sheet.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Garage access is not available.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

PET POLICY:
Non-shedding and small dogs are welcome for a pet fee. Please message us with your dog`s weight and breed to receive a payment request. Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds.

LOCATION:
The property is steps from North Beach access and the beach trail.
A five-minute drive to downtown Del Mar’s restaurants, boutiques, and outlets.

GUEST ACCESS:
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.
No physical keys are required.
