I was pleasantly surprised at how gigantic my room was. The air-conditioning was fabulous and the amenities in general were wonderful. I even had a mini fridge and a microwave. If I ever come back to San Clemente, I will stay here again!

The room wasn't anything similar to the on- line photos. No closet, no hangers, smoke alarm missing, no lamps, no art on walls, no security lock on door, leaking toilet, no light above sink, peep hole was removed and stuffed with toilet paper. I will not book another room on hotels.com.

The rooms were neat and clean. The road noise wasn’t great though. There is a great coffee place just down the street. It was so pretty inside. The owner is an artist and the things she has designed in there are really special. The food and coffee were very good. Huge portions!

It was nice, theres free parking. Very simple, not a lot of extras. They asked if we wanted room service and I said no and they asked if we wanted clean towels every day and we said yes and didnt get any clean towels the whole time we were there. They were in our room every day, they took our garbage and didnt leave any garbage bags. Thats our only negative for our stay though
