Had a wonderful stay! Staff were friendly and helpful, food at hotel restaurant was excellent we ate there two days in a row. We loved it overall and would definitely stay again. That being said the rooms are alittle worn, tea kettle was rusty and one of the cupboard handles was broken, the commonly used outlets were also very worn to the point things didn't stay plugged in. The bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. Definitely comfortable with our three kids we had a blast!

This is an older property but it is well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, decorated nicely and very comfortable. The kitchenette has a fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, utencils, a toaster and blender, etc. The queen bedroom plus two single murphy beds in the living room and 1.5 baths make it very comfortable for a family. Highly recommend this property and we plan to return!

I’ll start with the good. It was in a great location, walking minutes to the beach, quick drive to shopping, groceries and the dining hot spots. The hotel also had great activities for kids on the property and was great for families. The room was also a great size. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed that we had to pay for parking which was not at all written when we booked and I even made sure to check. The lady at the front who “greeted” us said it was in the fine print. That should not be allowed and prices should be clear upfront. Not a surprise of 175$US after traveling a whole day with two kids. She was also very cold and did not start off our stay very well. Our room was also on the ground floor right next to the pool entrance and we constantly had people screaming and talking right next to the window where my baby was sleeping. The room was very dated but a good size and comfortable however they never came to clean the room the whole week even though we requested it. They came just to take the dirty towels and chnage the garbage, nothing else.

This hotel needs more hospitality training. Via hotels.com I booked 3 rooms and they weren’t able to accommodate the room to be together. They didn’t take the time to research the invoice number of the 3 rooms that they were together. In the parking rules they should also stay “2 parking spots per room only” not “limited spots available” receptionist were not helpful to accommodate for extra parking it was very disappointing to wake up the next morning and see that at 7am half the lot was empty the t for the hotel to make extra money was lost

The staff was so helpful and kind! The size of the rooms, cleanliness and amenities for the price is honestly unmatched! Finding a 2 bathroom suite at that price point is unheard of in the area. The room was super spacious and the fact it had a kitchen is great! We don't have children, but I imagine this would be a great option for a family with kids! The pool and spa were "dated" but literally no complaints because they were clean and well maintained along with the grounds. They have a calendar FULL of fun activities for family and kids every night. We will absolutely be staying again and looking forward to it!

Unassuming buildings give way to beautiful rooms that provide lots of space and lovely decor. I was quite impressed with the room, and the outdoor spaces. I unfortunately could not enjoy my stay for long but I would definitely book again just for a small getaway.
