"The room allocated was in the annex and very small and smelt. Contacted reception to ask for a refund the staff chatted in Urdu or some other Indian language which I found very rude. I left and returned home the whole experience was very poor and I will not be recommending this hotel."

"As I'm unable to walk upstairs, I was grateful that there was lifts to my room, but it was different outside the hotel, it's not accessible, the bedroom was a bit small for 2 single beds, and not much of a view as my room was at the back of the hotel."
