Conveniently located in the heart of Old Town- this apartment is a walker's paradise. It's close to shopping, the beach, theaters, and TONS of bars and restaurants, making it perfect for singles, couples, and small families to explore year-round.

Our unit is light & bright year-round and located on the 3rd floor. (stairs only access)

OUR SPACE:
This immaculate one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo boasts a fully-equipped kitchen (including staple items such as spices, olive oil, and multiple coffee options for quiet mornings), a comfortable and relaxing living space with a pull-out couch (full size) and an electric fireplace & TV for streaming your favorite shows after a day of exploring. The spacious bedroom with the most comfortable king sized bed and a spa-like bathroom (complete with organic products) complete the unit.

We believe in using natural and sustainable cleaning products to create a safe living environment for our guests. We opt for eco-friendly products whenever possible to ensure we are minimizing our impact.

Great condo in a great location in downtown Traverse City. This condo had everything we needed for a great stay. It is located only a short distance to Front Street and the marina. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Condo was very clean and well stocked. Perfect location to explore Traverse City. The parking was limited and space was tight- and the only negative. You can park in the parking garage located next door. All in all a great place.

Kimberly was a phenomenal host, her descriptions, attentiveness and our overall experience was top notch. The property is perfect for a quick walk to Front Street and the waterfront in general. It was quiet, safe, very clean and one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in to date!

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen was fully stocked so we didn’t have to eat out every day if we didn’t want to. It’s in a really great location and we walked all over town. Anywhere we wanted to go was within a 10 minute walk. The host is very lovely, responsive, and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend!
