Closest thing to being at home

This condo is just as lovely in person as it is in the pictures. Beautiful, secure and VERY quiet building (which we appreciate quiet). It was a huge plus having luggage carts on-site as we stayed a week and brought plenty, plus an elevator was helpful (this condo is on the 4th floor). We spent a lot of time on the balcony which is perfect for morning coffee and late day cocktails. Ken (the owner) is on the ball and gets back to you pretty much immediately. Instructions for EVERYTHING (including check-in) are detailed and very easy to understand. VERY clean condo (which is everything). High end appliances, very nice TV's, updated bathrooms and comfy beds. I honestly can't think of a complaint. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Grand Traverse County Beachfront Jewel

This Grand Traverse County beachfront property is meticulously maintained with access to the Grand Traverse East Bay, in ground pool with a separate hot tub. The amenities are perfect for your vacation, close to shopping, dining and entertainment. There are many local attractions to explore in the area whether it’s renting a jet ski, pontoon boat, hiking or sightseeing around the many attractions in Grand Traverse County and the surrounding areas. The owners are extremely easy to communicate with and have established wonderful instructions for access to the condominium along with detailed operational instructions for the condominium. Thank you.

Rest and Relaxation

Our family (including sons ages 15 and 18) enjoyed our week long stay immensely. The entire complex was very well maintained and clean. The view from the balcony was great. Each of us used the TART trail just across the street. There were plenty of good food options nearby and downtown Traverse City was easily accessible. This is a great homebase for exploring or a wonderful location to enjoy the beach, pool, and hot tub.
