We did receive a free upgrade to a lakeview king suite at check-in. The heat became non functional at some point during our stay which lead to a disturbed and uncomfortable sleep, maintenance was able to find a work around eventually with the base board heating. but the bathroom received no heat. The Mattress and pillows were comfy. the room showed wear and was rough around the edges (dirty baseboards). Staff were polite and capable, our parking was complimentary as a result of the inconvenience. Overall I was disappointed the stay.

They gave us a free upgrade to a waterfront suite with gorgeous views! Comfy bed, large room and the fireplace was a nice touch. Breakfast was very reasonable and the location was very walkable to Scotiabank Arena. We will definitely come back for a longer stay in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool!
