Just spent my birthday at the Riu Plaza and it what an experience. The staff went above and beyond and made my day special. I stayed at their 1 King bed deluxe with sofa bed. The room is on the smaller side as everyone mentions but it has everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was big and with a rainshower, ac/heater works well. The breakfast buffet was simple and your typical continetal breakfast and I love that it is included with your stay. The staff was also great, always greeted me with a smile. They also left a birthday card and chocolate in my room, staff also gave me cake at the breakfast buffet. For ameneties they have the bar at the reception and a gym. I believe they also have a spa? No in house restaurant but so many food options around the area. More importantly too is how center the hotel is. 2 mns from TIFF Lighbtox and 12 mns walk to CN Tower. I would recommend this hotel.
