From the moment I checked in I had a problem with the door opening. There was something wrong with the locking mechanism in the door. Our entire stay I had to keep getting the staff to let me in. There was a male staff that came off as very arrogant and rude. Not a good place to stay. There was not a single person in the pool for days besides me and my friend. And it appeared there were a lot of open clean rooms.Very strange place with questionable service.

I was told the motel wasn't going to renew my stay. The lady there said the manager only gave me until 11:30a and I had to be out. I was told this at 11:20a. She said or the cops would be called. I was told there was a noise complaint for music played in the pool one time our entire stay. Now the lady tells me that I was smoking marijuana in the pool area and the music was too loud. This was totally untrue. There were no signs posted that you couldn't smoke in the pool area. And I was only smoking a cigarette in the pool area. After the one music noise complaint I even checked with 3 staff that were working on the top floor above the pool to double check that the music wasn't too loud. A man and two lady employees that were cleaning a room. They told me no it was fine. I've never in 51 years been asked to leave any where. I was totalled shocked and hurt : (

There is a male employee that wears glasses who is acting as if he is the manager but he is not the manager. He was taunting my friend who is on the spectrum and has disibilities. He was trying to get my friend to talk. Not sure what's going on with this employee. But totally unacceptable! Would not recommend this place at all.

I like the location where there are restaurants. My room was near swimming pool so it was noisy. The slot to put the key doesn’t work consistently. The broken, punched in wall didn’t get fixed. Pillows smelled like smoke and like they didn’t get change from previous guest.

The property appears to be in a state of remodel/renovation. The room appears to be mostly new, while the public areas are still being worked on. Overall, very comfortable.

Fresh paint doesn’t cover everything but a fantastic front lobby. Storage room is a fire hazard. Moved twice before a suitable room was found. 1st door lock didn’t work, 2nd AC was broke, 3rd was fine. I booked bc a king got stuck with 2 Queens. Stay was friendly but the owner needs to make improvements.

It was the only option available so made the best of it. Hotel was in Need of a deep clean badly, the door had a large crack in it due to not sealing right,the toilet felt like you were on a boat because it moved.The shower had soap scum and no water pressure what so ever. Had a musty smell and I know it's normal in this area due to rain and humidity but it was a bit much.Even for the price we paid should of been cleaner..Only pros of the stay the remote was cool and the mirror at sink.I will not book again.

Don't stay here

I checked in for 2 nights on 5/22. This is the gist of it....dirty towels on back of bathroom door, homeless man and dog at breakfast, suspicious bugs in sheets on night 2, no hot water, being told I'd get a 20% discount for no hot water at check out and suspicious bugs were given to them. After no return call regarding bugs, I had to call them. A week later I finally reached the manager who told me she would give the 20% discount for water (only gave $20, not full 20%), an apology for dirty towels, and how to kill bedbugs if I have them. My travel bag is still in a trash bag cause I'm scared to open it.

Well first I paid for a ground floor room and got a 2 nd floor room. Then I’m in my room and someone else had a key to get in. I opened the door and the lady at the desk said oh I didn’t know anyone was in here. Then she calls me on the phone and says oh I put you I the wrong room but would not move me because I already walked in the room she gave me. Next I kept getting locked out of my room and had to go to the desk to get another this happened 3 times. Then to top it all off I went to take a shower and there was no shower curtain. Well I took one anyways and let them worry about the water on the floor. Would not recommend .
