I was charged twice for the room. The card that held the room was charged plus the card they swiped at the property when I checked in was charged also

Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, asked to do early check in and the lady at the front desk goes we havnt been having rooms open and wouldnt even check to see if it was possible, just brushed me off. We also paid for the breakfast buffet through Travelocity and showed the lady proof that we already paid it and then she just charged our room $32.75 for breakbast plus an additional $31.75 for who knows what? I called the hotel to dispute the charges and the lady just goes your gonna have to call tomorrow between 9am-2pm to dispute the charges. So not only do i get over charged, they are making me jump through hoops just to get my money back. This place is very nice but extremely mismanaged and the staff is the worst ive experienced at hotel.

Clean, comfortable room. Very nice hotel that is well-maintained. However, we will not book any future stays at this location for one reason: the bathroom door. It is a sliding, barn-style door with NO lock. In addition, itwasnot installed with a stopping feature. That was fine if we were on the outside and sliding it shut. But from the inside, it would smash fingers between the metal door handle and the door frame. Over the 4 days we were there, it smashed our daughter's fingers multiple times. Another issue: we called the front desk on two different occasions and got no answer after 10-12 rings.

The room was nice but we were here for my mom to have surgery so we had to leave early the first morning (had to be at the hospital at 6) and the second morning I was buy myself trying to get everything packed. I ended up leaving my toiletries bag that had prescription lotion in it. I called shortly after and was told to stop by which I did twice and they never found it. I assumed they would have a system in place if they found someone it was placed under that room number so if they came back for it they could find it. Staff didn’t seem to have any idea how they located left behind items
