I was told it was a two room suite it even says it in my reservations. IT WAS NOT! It would only be a one-room suite. She said they don't have two room. I had to purchase another room! No discount for the misinformation. We are elite customers. The receptionist acted as I was stupid and was not kind. I feel I should have been given a free room for the misinformation. She even said, she went on Expedia today and changed the photos so people wouldn't be misinformed. So right there she is admitting it was wrong. When I came down to ask for another room. She was soooo rude!

Room was good but the cook didn’t show to make the continental breakfast. Should have gotten a discount for it but didn’t.

Thank you for taking a moment to review our hotel. Since we were short a breakfast server on Saturday, our Front Desk representative was able to bag up the normal continental breakfast. All normal items were still out and there was nothing missing so we could still have the full breakfast. We hope you consider staying with us again.
