It’s simply very good- everything is catered for you in a very sensible and caring way, staffs are helpful, professional, questions are answered and responded to accordingly, things are very proper- it’s rated 4 stars, you get what you can expect from a 4-stars hotel, it’s very good. Highly recommended, hustle free. FYI, it’s been the seventh time our family stays there. It’s our first choice when we go to Tokyo since longtime ago. Restaurants are all very good as well. The hotel is very convenient, right by the Limobus station T-cat and the metro station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The guest room is spacious. We had three beds and didn’t feel too crowded.

Great convenient location with subway located level B2 of hotel. The common areas are beautifully appointed. The interior rooms are due for an update but everything was functional and spacious by Japan’s standards. The food quality for the breakfast buffet was high. The ingredients, fruits and vegetables tasted amazing. Many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. The huge bonus was that it was located next to the limousine airport bus terminal (TCAT) so no need to lug your luggage on the subway.
