Happy with my stay. Solid room size, great location (especially if you’re arriving from NRT the bus drops you in front of the hotel) One thing to flag though (maybe it is normal in Japan): I wanted to use the gym but this came at an extra charge. This is unacceptable to me given the price of the rooms. In addition to that I am the highest tier of the hotel loyalty program, but even after speaking to the manager they refused to make a small gesture. Astonishing for me and clearly something I’ll remember. If you aren’t using the gym then this hotel is perfect.

Everything was good. I have been staying at Royal Park hotel Nihonbashi several times. I’ve been a loyal customer. But this time they disappointed me by being very impersonal and they didn’t care for taking care of their loyal customer. I asked them to store one suitcase for couple days so I don’t have lug all my suitcases to Osaka and I will collect them when I return in 2 days! They flat refused! So, I don’t think I will stay at this hotel anymore. I will definitely find a more cheaper and customer friendly place!

Staff was excellent. The room was clean and serviced spotlessly. The only slight negatives were the corridor carpets need to be cleaned; the bathroom is dated; some services like the fitness centre were add-on expenses.

The room was very clean but the property was a bit dated. Also we wanted to get a cup of coffee in the bar area but were told we needed a reservation despite the place being only 50% full. That seemed odd to us. Additionally there was very limited seating in the lobby and so we were sitting on a half wall area but were rudely shooed away which was embarrassing for us.

Convenient location close to train and dining. Staff was very helpful but English was a challenge for some of them. Concierge was helpful but sent us to an attraction on a day it was closed. Had we checked ourselves we would have seen that it was always closed on that day of the week.

Friendly staff. Hotel location is easy to get to from the airport using the Limousine Bus.
