Room was clean but bed was too small for two people. Not much room for suitcases. Bathroom was tiny - toilet too close to the shower door so not easy to sit down! It was nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We paid for the breakfast buffet but not many Gluten Free options so wasn't worth the price. Hotel about 6 minute walk from Nippori Station and lots of restaurants, supermarkets in the area. Located at the Nippori fabric district.

Just 5 minutes from Nippori JR station, it's convenient to elsewhere in Tokyo. Staff are very helpful and the property is very clean and comfortable. Good for family trip.

The best value and location. Close to the Nippori Station, which makes transit to several parts of the city convenient. Staff was excellent, courteous and hospitable. Breakfast is the best! We definitely will stay again!

Stayed here for just over a week. Location is awesome - extremely close to Nippori Station but pretty quiet. Absolutely no complaints - clean, nice amenities (ice machine, vending machine, and washer/dryer on one of the floors!). I had a single room and while it's somewhat small, that's pretty expected and was still plenty of space for me during my stay. Staff was very nice and able to assist in English. All in all, enjoyed my stay!
