"The manager lady is so disrespectful and she could less to help any issue you may have if it is not how she wants to solve it. You are expected to do as she says or she will tell you to go to another hotel. I had my daughter in the room and never would I allow for any staff especially her to come into the space and make my daughter uncomfortable. I took so many pictures and she could care less to see them. The room was dirty, hand prints on the bathroom mirror and the front door. The window sills are caked with dotted, the staff is also to lazy to put the curtain stick back so the curtains can be opened.
Management doesn’t care and it showed. Thank God we left because this hotel is not comfortable."
