Avania Inn of Santa Barbara
"Great location for SB. Had plenty of amenities and the staff was very helpful. We booked the last room but it smelled badly of cigarette smoke, and we left for dinner so the staff immediately put an ozone machine in it and got the smell out. My only complaint that was noteworthy, and doesn’t exactly fault the hotel, was one night of a very rowdy crowd coming through way past midnight. Yelling, bringing friends and running down the hallway, slamming doors etc. it was so obnoxious and the hotel staff was not available to talk to, and the off-time manager was not picking up so we couldn’t do much at the time. Aside from that, we had a great time in SB"
