My main issue is with Expedia; they were not helpful at all. I mistakenly booked the wrong date, and they would not change the date or provide any assistance. They told me that they called the hotel, and it was the hotel that did not want to change the date, and I can only book again with the correct date. I called the hotel myself, and they had no problem with changing the date. It showed that the workers at Expedia were liars and were only interested in keeping my money and making me spend more.
