The room itself was good. The check-in process was easy. Our difficulties came in waiting at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. It didn’t arrive at 15 past the hour or 45 minutes past the hour. We waited outside for over an hour in frigid weather. I feel that this is unreasonable.

Morning shuttle was so full, seating became limited. Check-in had a long line. Based on the lane dividers set up in the lobby, this is obviously normal.
