Staff at reception and breakfast were very polite and helpful. Good selection avaliable at breakfast ....the room, although not the best located, had everything you needed for a short stay and was left lovely and clean every day and the bed was very comfortable indeed.

Perfect location in San Julian. Building is getting old, but everything works fine. I had few issues with the internet but the staff was quick to bring me solutions, which I really appreciated. Be ware of some house maid who enters your room even when the "do not disturb" sign is at the door.

"Great hotel with fantastic staff - especially front desk and concierge who were incredibly helpful. Lots of amenities and the exec lounge was a lovely bonus (available for selected rooms), with snacks and drinks available all day. Restaurants on site were very good - especially Sole.
St George’s Bay Area is touristy and not the prettiest once you’re outside of the hotel due to quite a bit of construction, but there is a sandy beach and shops/restaurants/nightlife. It’s also easy to get around and explore from there. The view from the hotel itself though is stunning and you can swim directly in the sea from the hotel area. "
