This wasn’t anyone’s fault, again, staff was lovely, spa was great, but there were lots of little things, missing towels in room often, the bar not serving cocktails when more than a few people are in there, etc. Not a 5 star hotel at all but it wasn’t bad, won’t be staying here again though.
