Includes a welcome basket specially created for each guest. Set up for families, special occasions and pet friendly. Dedicated work space. Spacious yard with fire pit, picnic table and outside games. Kitchen prepared with all of the essentials. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a vacation away from home. Black out blinds to enjoy a restful sleep, large living room to cozy up and watch a movie or play board games. Separate recreation downstairs with games, tv and a dartboard. Laundry on site. Dining room table to enjoy family meals and share the adventures of your day. Enjoy coffee on the front deck with view of the lake. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms and home sleeps 9 people. Play pen and high chair available. Phenomenal facilities, close to downtown and the lake. Well set up as we were able to.host family/friend bbqs for rehearsal dinners for a large group of people without having to purchase anything but food. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much.

Had an excellent girls weekend away ! Had two dogs and three girls ! House had excellent space for all of us and more if needed! Had dogs bowls out and snacks out for us as well !! Very clean and spacious had board games even though we brought our own ! Had deer visit in the morning ! Great place for family get together

We had a lovely time at Beachy Keen. The home was well stocked and we really appreciated the little extras like beach towels and kids games. Fire pit was a lovely spot after a day at the beach. Our 8 year old said we should come every year for his birthday! Maybe we will!

Sylvan lake family vacation

The house was just as described. Very close to the beach! Perfect for multiple families to stay together as there were plenty of beds, and ample space. We had some troubles with the bathtub/shower, however the owner was great at responding and dealing with the problem right away! Would stay here again!

weekend stay

Beautiful house, mix of vintage charm and modern conveniences. Location was excellent! Walkable to shops and less busy part of the beach. We were able to beat the crowds on the July long weekend. Quiet neighbourhood while being close to downtown. We had a bit of a challenge with using the air conditioner but owner was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed help. Overall, highly recommended!

Perfect

Beautiful old house with great renos. Lots of room for my family to spend christmas together. Overall very child friendly. The kids loved the 2 sets of bunk beds and the big downstairs space. Location is fantastic. Only a 2 minute walk to the Christmas light display at the lake. Im glad we stayes there.
