Very friendly staff and great access to train station. Even when it rains the route is fully sheltered if you take the underground route. The room is clean but smell slightly musky.

Great position next to Central Station, short walk to Light Rail. Chinatown/Haymarkwt eateries close by. Good access to Darling Harbour too. Wonderful guy at reception got me into a room early, which is always nice after an early morning flight. Nothing fancy, but neat and tidy, and everything you need to rest up after a long day sightseeing. Would gladly stay again.

The staff on check in was lovely man. We did not receive a working keycard as the system was down. The location was great and the bed very comfy however the hotel really needs a refresh with very outdated rooms and torn and worn carpet in the lobby. I thought it was too expensive after staying there. But that's Sydney I guess!
