The room was incredibly disappointing. Small, dark and very depressing. The carpets in the corridors leading to the rooms were very old and tired with some form of white spillage/treatment stain(?) at frequent spots. I spoke to a member of staff who did upgrade to a much nicer bigger room with windows for which we were incredibly grateful. If she was unable to do this I think we would have just checked out and left as this would have indeed been a soulless experience of a stay
