The Concourse is a solid hotel, but lacks energy. I'll never understand why the bar is not street side. Service is okay but please staff the counter with more than 1 employee. Took far longer to check in this weekend than it should.

Governors Club access was definitely worth it. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was very quiet and clean. I only wish they had some outside sitting areas to be able to enjoy the amazing weather- but otherwise excellent. Very walkable as well to almost anything you wanted to do.

Great location. Convenient transportation from airport and around city. Very nice common areas. Room service for breakfast was timely and very good. I received no benefit for VIP access, even though upgrade to Governor's Club was available. Didn't seem 5 star if you were not part of Governor's Club. The rooms have very little toiletries. There is no water. They do not clean the hotel rooms unless you stay three nights.
