"Staff was young, visiting friends, doing their homework. The rooms were clean, but an empty toilet paper roll and the other was almost empty, empty kleenex container (over 5 days so they clearly never checked), the p.ool was absolutely cold the first day, but had warmed up a bit the next day. Too cold to swim. The breakfast was standard LaQuinta food, and we went out to breakfast. All the coffee pots were empty and being filled at the same time, so we waited for our coffee. The air conditioner worked fine. All in all, I wouldn't go back there."

"The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The only surprise was that the room had an exterior entrance, which I wasn’t expecting and didn’t notice mentioned anywhere when booking. That said, the property was well kept, and the room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay."

"Prepaid for two queen beds, instead got a bed and an uncomfortable cot. Breakfast had nothing hot, just cheap blueberry muffins, a little fruit, and the most basic grab'n'go items you can think of. The grounds felt very unsafe, folks were smoking weed and more all over the property. It's the first time I've felt unsafe at a hotel in a long time. I almost never leave Expedia reviews, but I had to do so this time. I can at least say the folks working at the desk were nice. I'll never stay here again, this one was a one and done. If we don't feel safe, that's too much to overcome."

"Mount Sequoyah is a beautiful place to stay. My partner and I were in town for a wedding weekend and wanted something a bit more interesting than your average hotel. Mount Sequoyah gave us the opportunity to unwind and watch the sunset from their lookout spot, walk peacefully and enjoy the grounds and the art, and sit on our porch and experience the wildlife. A mama doe and two spotted babies walked very close to our cabin. Our first night, we did not have warm water for showers, I am unsure what that was from, but the following morning it was available. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pool, but it looked well taken care of. We were able to get rideshares from and to the property fairly easy from Sassafras Vineyard. Mount Sequoyah is close to lots of activities and easy to access once you get the lay of the land. We would recommend this spot to other travelers and will consider it for any future trips to Fayetteville."
