    "Kirby, the owner was great, met us when we arrived and gave us pertinent information. The property was clean and we'll maintained. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. I would highly suggest using his property if your in the Dayton area. Plenty of parking for trailers, easy in and out. Easy access to the house. Could go on and on."
