The heat/air conditioner did not work very well and the room was super hot. Also, it would be nice to have 2 chairs instead of just one so one or more people don't have to sit on the bed the whole time.

The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was a smell immediately upon opening the door, there were water stains in the ceiling, pieces of hair in the bathroom and marks on the walls. When asked to see another room, the main door of the room wouldn't shut.
