The safe were very friendly and understanding but good lord was this place disgusting. I ended up switching rooms 3 times thank god the 3rd room was decent. The first room was supposed to be some kind of upgraded room and it was the most disgusting of the three. It was all the way in the back and as soon as I walked in the strong scent of either human or dog URINE was very much present and very very strong smelling. There was also a random Shop vac left in the room next to the front door which was just unprofessional. On top of that the room was absolutely crawling with roaches. So I had them switch me to a different room and the second room looked cleaner but smelled of cigarettes which it says no smoking, none of the lights would turn on, and the AC wouldn’t work because there was some kind of electrical FIRE on the outlet that burned and melted the plug for the AC and the outlet cover. They were completely unaware of that somehow. So for the third time I asked for a new room and I was finally given an “okay” room in the front of the building. It smelled very strong of cigarettes and the bedding clearly had just been remade since the last guest. Hair in the pillows and crumbs/dirt on the sheets. I ended up wiping the whole room down even the floors because it clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a while. All of the surfaces were dusty or had some kind of crumbs or residue on them. I also changed my own bedding. It had to do because I couldn’t get a different hotel at 20 y.o.
