Not bad hotel family friendly, the pool had towels so you don’t need the ones from your room. The game room is little out dated but our kids like it. Our room was good, clean except for our bathroom there was so much hair in the drain it backed up the water the first night. All the vending machines were down. When checking in ask for towels they only put 2 in the room. The breakfast was really good my kids love it the best. And it save us money on breakfast food. We would stay here again if we had our kids

The photos are so very misleading. The hotel is basically elegant trash. A booger tissue with sparkles on it. We chose this place based on the location and some reviews. I would not recommend this place to people with kids and if you would consider yourself posh. This is not really the place for us. The guy who checked us in took forever and I think he was high. The hallways smelled like weed. The shower was cool. Room was spacious. We had to walk to a nearby restaurant to pick up food & nightlife was nonexistent so it was creepy to walk the streets at night. Breakfast was odd. You had to wait to be seated and there was a tip jar everywhere you looked even though it was all self-serve. One of the ladies was very kind & attentive. Everyone else, especially the omelet lady had a mean-mug face the whole time. Taking a closer look at anything in the room exposed the carelessness of the hotel cleanliness standards. It was disappointing considering the price we paid. I won't be back & I recommend you don't visit. OH! Parking is such a hassle & you have to pay $6 and hope no one breaks into your car since they don't own the garage. Do yourself a favor and stay in Chesterfield. That looked like a whole lot better of an area!

Not sure I’ll stay again. It was ok. Quiet which was great. Staff was friendly. Parking situation a bit odd. Had to have ticket validated daily for in/out parking. A bit of a maze from garage to lobby. Hotel is under some renovation. The free breakfast was less impressive than most free breakfasts are. Three stars overall.
