This is a hotel that appears to be in transition. My room featured updated furniture and a very nice bathroom, but the mattress felt quite used. It was still comfortable, just the kind of used where you find yourself rolling into the middle of the bed during the night because of its worn condition. My room had a very strong chemical smell that traveled with me back home in my belongings... that wasn't so pleasant. Didn't find out until after booking that the pool and game room are closed for updating - two of the reasons I had for booking this property in the first place. Although, according to the photos of the pool area, I think I dodged a bullet there. The common areas are luxurious, open and clean, but quite dated. The area felt safe. The breakfast provided (in the former restaurant - no restaurant exists on this property which was also a surprise) was very nice and the patio was pleasant. In summary, this property is good enough... but with the continued improvements, it stands a very good chance to be a really great hotel when they're done!

The rooms were uodated which was very nice. Tge staff was friendly but, not being able to take breakfast back to tge room or not being able to fet towels from housekeeping are both odd. Everything else was great

Breakfast is great. The size of the room is good. The parking garage is convenient. However, you will not have a clean room with fresh towels unless you book the room service daily in the morning, which is confusing.
