"Property was lovely, large pool plenty of loungers. Beach is 20 minute drive away. Designated shuttle times. Not convenient at all. Shuttle driver will not allow you to sit on the bus more than 5 minutes before scheduled departure from beach so you are asked to line up in heat while the driver sits in the bus…. Obligatory gratuity service fees daily added as well as mandatory 17% gratuity on every service and bill. Housekeeping was hit and miss but always ready to help when asked."
