"The reservations manager was not responsive at all to emails or phone calls. The resort is beautiful though. The food is passable at best, I’d suggest skipping the all inclusive and eating off property."

"The breathtaking water views from this hotel are incredible. Beautiful during the day and well lit at night. The hotel is very nice but a bit dated. Prices were very high for food and drinks, but that's pretty much everywhere on the island. Not really any amenities besides the pool. One can use the gym at the college across the street, but it was very small and the equipment, such as there is, very old. A bottle of water is provided in your room on the first night, but that's it even if one asks for another. However, the bartenders are more than willing to fill one's water bottle. We had an oceanfront room and again, the view was incredible. Nice beach and very nice and helpful staff. Not close to anything."
