We were not offered any water or drinks and just had to wait in the lobby the entire time. The bathroom was dirty and we had very long wait times for room service. The food was poor and the staff was okay. Calling a buggy was not easy. They would only show up 2/10 times so we were forced to walk multiple times. This experience is was very poor and we are very disappointed"
