The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Great dining and bar options in the hotel that its not necessary to go dine out if you don't have to. The breakfast was delicious and the pool is very relaxing. Many Entertainment choices.

I had an amazing week in Grenada 🇬🇩. The resort staff including the security were friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delightful. The beach was clean and relaxing. I enjoyed the Tuesday evening cocktail mixer. It was a great opportunity to meet other guest and purchase items from local vendors. I felt safe. The rooms were clean. I had an issue with my toilet and it was fixed immediately.

Perfect Beach Location

We enjoyed 6 nights here while in Grenada for the Australia V West Indies cricket test. The location is perfect...you literally step right onto the beach where you can enjoy glorious sunsets. There is a supermarket across the road, and you are within walking distance of some great restaurants such as Umbrellas and Flavours 473. There is a local bus stop at the entrance which was perfect for getting into St George's to explore the town; and walking from the terminal to the cricket stadium takes less than 10 minutes. The local 'buses' / white vans cost $2.50 ECDpp. However, the service at the bar near the beach is extremely slow! Hence why we ate elsewhere most nights. The rooms are dated but we were out all day it didn't really worry us. There is only a VERY small fridge (without freezer) in the room; and there is no guest laundry other than the paid laundry service. There were no coffee pods in the room to be able to use the coffee machine (despite requesting them they never arrived). We had to request milk - and all that we were given was hazelnut milk capsules (yuck!). We had issues with the sink blocking, the bathroom door not closing, one day not getting any towels - yet they did fix these when requested. Reception service was very slow, and they did not apply my 10% food and beverage discount despite being told on check-in that it would be applied on departure. However, despite the dated rooms and slow service we enjoyed the pools, beach and location - Vanessa

Improvement needed

During my recent stay, I experienced no Wi-Fi connectivity within my room. Furthermore, in-room coffee service was unavailable throughout my stay, and inquiries with the room attendant confirmed this. It is worth noting that during a previous stay at this hotel three years ago, coffee service was also limited to decaffeinated options. Several beverages I sampled were unsatisfactory, one I could not even finish. Positive aspects of the hotel included its beachfront location, the comfort of the room, and the aesthetic appeal of the large pool.

Great location, all staff so friendly. Need to rethink how the bars work. As when it gets a little busy they can’t cope with the system they have, one person serving, one person billing and another one/to waiting tables. So it takes ages to get a drink and ages to settle the bill. That said, great pool and grounds, well located for St George’s and the Airport.
