"First! The staff was amazing and so helpful! We arrived a little early and they got us a room quickly. We walked down the hall with a strong Odor of Marijuana. We went in our room and it had a strong smell of pee. After looking around room the chair had goop on it, and behind chair was maybe shorts and underwear (I did not stay long to check). Went and the staff was extremely helpful and moved us quickly. New room was good nice view of the lake. "

"We had three rooms. One reserved through the hotel and 2 through hotels.com. The two through hotels.com were side by side on the 4th floor. Had to move my family out of both. We found one of them was to be out of service altogether. It had water problems and the carpet was wet and dark fluid in the sink. The room next to it also had a sink and shower leak that made the carpet wet. It smelled mildewy and the air was warm and moist even though the air was on. Our third room had an air conditioner that had a loud noise that occurred every time it kicked off. It woke everyone in the room on the hour. The next morning, my in-laws went down for breakfast. They were there when staff brought food out. It was cold. All 7 of us decided we shouldn’t have stayed there. "

"I had the opportunity to stay at this property again during a recent business trip, and it was just as great as the first time. The house was incredibly clean and well maintained, which made it a comfortable place to relax and recharge after long workdays. Everything was organized, spotless, and clearly cared for.Communication with the host was truly exceptional. He was quick to respond, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He even helped us find a great golf course nearby, which was a perfect way to unwind after work.Overall, another fantastic experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling for work or leisure and would gladly stay here again."
