You may have to keep calling the hotel in order to speak with a staff member. I called numerous times to notify that I had left my camera behind. This hours after I checked out. It was found and it was picked up by a friend.

The tv channels sucked very blurry couldnt find the Jays game or the stanley cup game. The cost was expensive and breakfast wasnt included also couldn't get You tube to work. Check in and check out shouldnt take half hr one computer and 3 staff members it was frustrating i wont recommend comfort in ever id rather go to Niagara Falls

We were very pleased with this accommodation especially when we discovered that the toilet was not working when we got there. However while we stepped out for dinner, the hostess completely changed the fixture so we didn’t have to change our room. It was very convenient being able to park right outside the patio door.
