The location of the house couldn't be better. We loved that it was walkable to downtown, several trolley stops, and many restaurants. We had fun exploring St. Augustine and checking out the distillery and winery all within walking distance.The host is quick to and questions and resolve any issues. The house itself is incredibly comfortable and all five of us felt we had our privacy while still being together. The view from the house is fantastic with beautiful sunsets. We loved the fire table on chilly evenings and sunny upper balcony for morning coffee.

The accommodations were perfect. It was a little far for us to walk to the historic district but just a short drive, and the incredible beaches are close. Dinner at River and Fork and Collage amazing.The Christmas lights were beautiful. We rented a boat and took in all the sights from the shoreline.The deck was amazing and the outdoor heater was most appreciated.Beds were comfortable and showers were clean, strong and hot!

The house is beautiful, very modern and well-kept. Plenty of space for our family of four. Close enough to walk or drive to any of the tourist locations. Owners were so kind to provide a list of their favorite restaurants and sights to help us better plan our trip! They were very quick to respond to any questions we had as well. A few hiccups initially but owners made it right very quickly. Property is great location 5 min drive or 15-20 min walk to main historic district... great view from back area. Back deck was being built and once complete, will be a great area to sit back and relax. Would return back for sure.
